Flag Football Club

Start Date: April 13, 2026

Practice Times: 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday (schedule subject to change, weather permitting)

Gender-Specific? No way! Everyone is welcome.

Required Equipment: Water bottle, workout attire for warm and cold weather, shoes or cleats (no metal tips), mouth guard (recommended)

Required Documentation: 

1. Sport’s registration in Big Teams (https://studentcentral.bigteams.com) must be completed.  This includes having a physical within the last 18 months uploaded as one of the required forms.

2. Fee $120.00 ParentVue>Fees

Required Grades: Student-athletes can not have any "F" or "I" grades.

Major skills: Passing, catching, flag pulling, defending the pass, rushing the passer, team sportsmanship a must
