Track and Field Guide

Required at every practice:

  • athletic shoes suitable for running and jumping outside
  • athletic shirt and shorts or pants
  • when weather is below 45 F
    • warm sweatshirt or hoodie
    • warm sweatpants
  • water bottle full of water
  • Awesome Athletic Attitude!

Required at every meet:

  • PJMS Track and Field T-shirt
  • athletic shoes suitable for running and jumping outside
  • warm sweatpants
  • warm long sleeve sweatshirt or hoodie
  • water bottle full of water
  • snacks
  • raingear (as needed)
  • Awesome Athletic Attitude!

Athletes will NOT be allowed to board the bus without proper clothing, gear, and attitude.


Meets often run into the evening and weather usually changes. Plan your clothing, snacks, and gear accordingly.
